Little iffy

--> Fruit bar, apple, rice cake, 1 HCL
Settled okay

--> Hummus, cucumber, beet, 1 HCL
OH GOD SO GOOD. Settled great!

--> 2 graham crackers, yogurt
Little heavy

Thursday, 24th

--> Steel-cut oatmeal, banana, 1 HCL
Settled a little heavy

--> Pancooked chicken, goat's cheese, cucumber, 2 HCL
Settled fine O:

--> 2 fig newtons, 2 graham crackers
Went down great <3

Wednesday, 23rd

TODAY WAS EXCITING.

--> Banana, apple, 1 HCL
Went well!

--> Boiled chicken breast, lettuce, teaspoon of goat cheese, 2 HCL
Settled heavy, but ok

--> 6 Betty's Fig Newtons, 1 HCL
WHAT WAS I THINKING. Totally worth it. Came right back up though. :c
